Terms and Conditions for Envato's Survey Competition.
By entering this competition, you’re agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions—so please read them carefully!
1) This competition closes with this survey on Monday, 6th January 2025 at 5:00pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time). No entries will be accepted after this time. Important Note: All dates and times listed throughout these terms and conditions are in AEST. Entrants are solely responsible for determining the corresponding time in their respective territories.
2) Anyone who has completed the survey can enter this competition as long as they’re over 16 years of age. If you’re under 18, please get your parent or guardian’s permission to enter (and by entering, you’re confirming to us that you have your parent’s or guardian’s permission).
3) Only one entry per person is allowed.
4) To enter the competition, you must:
- Complete the survey
- In 25 words or less, answer the following question at the end of the survey:
Tell us your go-to strategy for overcoming creative blocks.
5) There is one prize up for grabs. A virtual gift card from Tremendous, valued at US$50, and we’ll email details of that over to the winner when they’re notified. Tremendous gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged. Tremendous gift cards may be subject to separate terms and conditions, and the terms and conditions of another third party supplier and to the extent of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions of the third party supplier will prevail over these competition terms and conditions.
6) We’ll select the winners based on the most creative answers, as judged by a panel of Envato’s design and product teams. All decisions relating to winners are final, and we’ll notify each winner via email on or before 16th January at 5:00pm AEST.
7) Some other house-keeping:
- We reserve the right not to award prizes and also to cancel this competition if there are any circumstances that mean the competition can’t be run as planned (including for things beyond our control, like technical issues or hacking).
- Entrants are responsible for meeting any tax obligations that come up as a result of this competition. However, we may withhold any part of the prize money if the law requires us to.
- You (or your parent/guardian) grant us an ongoing, worldwide, royalty-free non-exclusive license to use your entry (and any content associated with your entry) for the purposes of managing this competition and otherwise in connection with promoting Envato’s products and services.
- You (or your parent/guardian) consent to our using of your information for the purposes of managing and administering this Promotion, and for any other purpose for which we have received your express consent (including if we have received an “opt-in” to receive marketing communications). If you do not provide us with certain information, you may not be eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a prize. If the law requires it, we may report the prize winner and prize details to the relevant tax authorities.
