Hi, we’re Envato (Envato, we, our or us)! Thanks for taking an interest in our People’s Choice Competition (we’ll call this the Promotion) as part of our “#MadeWithEnvato Out of This World” promotion. These are our terms for the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you’re agreeing to these terms, so it’s important that you read and understand them! 

1. Entry Period: The Promotion opens at 12:01am AEDT on 4 November 2022 and closes at 12:01am AEDT on 7 November 2022. No entries will be accepted after that time.  Important Note: All dates and times listed throughout these terms and conditions are in AEDT. Entrants are solely responsible for determining the corresponding time in their respective territories.
   
   
2. Eligibility:  You need to be at least 13 years of age to enter this Promotion (and if you’re under 18 years of age, you need your parent or guardian’s permission to enter).
   
   
3. How to Enter: To enter, all you have to do is:

   a) Visit our @Envato Instagram Account
   b)Find our #MadeWithEnvato OOTW People’s Choice Fan Art post
   c)Comment on this post by telling us your favorite Artwork entry; and
   d)Follow @Envato on Instagram.

   Only one entry per person is allowed. 

4. Winner Selection and Notification: We will select the winner based on a game of chance on or by 10 November 2022. All decisions relating to winners are final. The winner will be notified within 48 hours by Instagram DM and shared on Envato’s Instagram page.
   
   
5. Prize/s: There is one (1) winner, who will receive One (1) Wacom Intuos Wireless Graphic Tablet with Bonus Software Included, 10.4″ X 7.8″  USD$199.
   
   
6. This prize cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash or alternative goods and services. In the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason, Envato may replace the prize with another prize of equal value. Entrants are responsible for meeting any tax obligations that arise with claiming the prize.  

General Terms

7. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You agree to release Instagram from any and all liability associated with this Promotion.

8. To the extent that your entry contains or consists of a copyright work, you (or your parent/guardian) grant us an ongoing, worldwide, royalty-free non-exclusive license to use your entry for the purposes of administering this Promotion and otherwise in connection with the promotion of Envato’s products and services.

9. You (or your parent/guardian) promise that any information you give to us is true and correct and your entry is your own original creation and work, and does not infringe the rights (including copyright) of any other person. You (or your parent/guardian) will indemnify us in relation to any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this promise whether it is on purpose or not.     

10. By entering this Promotion, you (or your parent/guardian) consent to us sharing your account name on Envato’s Instagram page. You (or your parent/guardian) further consent to any other personal information shared by you, to be used for the purposes of administering this Promotion and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Play fair! We reserve the right not to award prizes, to disqualify entrants, and to discontinue a promotion if any illegal or fraudulent behaviour occurs. We may cancel the Promotion if circumstances arise where the promotion can’t run as planned, this includes technical issues, hacking, natural disasters and anything else beyond our control.
